Using a Keywords Tool to Find Profitable Keywords Just Got Easier

Keywords are the manna to surviving with a flourish in the wilderness called internet marketing. For marketing affiliates, the importance of finding the correct keywords that a. drive profitable traffic into your site; b. give you a high ranking in search engines; and c. have lesser competition, is really important. No wait, forget important. IT IS A NECESSITY.

For those affiliate marketers that already have a website or blog, then yes, you should have thought of keywords already? The shocking thing is that for new affiliates, they just tag so many keywords. There are even some sites that have more than 300 keywords! Wow. Sound impressive? Well, actually no.

A whopping 90% of keywords are not profitable at all. So now the best thing that you can do is to re-evaluate all the keywords that you are using for your blog, content, and website.

So now let's take a look at what to consider when analyzing keywords? Here are a few:

1. The competition for phrase-matched SEO for each keyword.

2. The precise data of your site's statistics that you can get from Google's statistics.

3. The cost of Adwords per click.

4. The position in Adwords (if it's near or far off from the number one position).

5. To calculate the total click-through rates, base your calculations on these four factors.

6. OCI, which stands for Online Commercial Intent, are statistics that you can get from Microsoft. This would allow you to attract more "buyers" instead of just "browsers"."

7. The result of the calculation for market values for the traffic.

8. The result of your calculations for the maximum achievable market share.

9. The results of the gathering data from trends.

So these are the things that you need to consider. This is not something that you can do with your mind pre-occupied with someone else. This process should take a whole day, or maybe even several days to finish all the data for two hundred keywords.

And the worst thing is that after the analysis and then trimming down your keywords list, you may be left with nothing at all. But you know what? It's better if you have one or two profitable keywords that bring in the buyers into your site and register, instead of having so many keywords that actually don't help at all.

But there's a good way for you to get the keywords that you need. Without doing something illegal, like say, finding a Google engineer and torturing him for information.

Now, the good thing about using keyword research software is that it has found a way to tap into Google's precious data, and used them to arm market affiliates with the data that they need to produce high-quality keywords.
