If for any reason, You are not delighted with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. This Refund Policy has been created to help you at any point of time you are not happy with the service.

Refund
Our refund and returns policy last only for 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full or partial refund or exchange.
- Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for canceling an Order is 7 days from the date on which You received the bill for the subscription.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision using a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision via email: post@jbncreators.com
We will reimburse You no later than 14 working days from the day on which We receive the refund request. We will use the same means of payment as You used for subscribing, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request and the status for the same i.e. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and you will receive a refund within 14 working days. A credit will automatically be applied to your Bank Account or original method of payment, within a certain number of days as mentioned above.
- Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
